I enjoy shopping at JCPenney! I love it because I can get everyone good quality clothes for great deals. I know it is quality because I remember as a little girl shopping there for my clothes especially for school clothes and when the weather changed. We would always go to stock up on clothes for each season. Why? Because just like now JCPenney has quality clothing for reasonable prices.
