My name is Amanda and I am the woman to blame...for Mommy Likes Deals. I have always considered myself to be frugal and as I looked at deal after deal on the internet I thought I might venture out and start a blog about it.
A little more about me... I am a 31 year old proud mother of a 2 1/2 year old little girl named Reagan. She is my little princess and I couldn't be happier with her. I also have one cat that is all white named Scooter. He is 12 years old now and he is treated like our son. I am also a loving wife to David and we will celebrate our 7 year anniversary on September 11th this year. We met at Campbell University (Go Camels) where I got my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Then we both went to ECU (GO Pirates!). I received a Master's degree for school counseling. I currently work as a school counselor and enjoy teaching students about character education.
Little things get me excited! I love life and love to laugh. I do have a few hobbies like shopping for good bargains, scrapbooking, and working out. I just started the blogging and so far I have enjoyed this thoroughly.
